Important Branch Information

 

Please know that banks and financial institutions, such as Regional Finance, are considered “essential services,” which means that we are open and ready to help you if you have any questions or need assistance with your account. 

Please call ahead to schedule an appointment and to confirm that your branch is currently open before visiting. In the event that your local branch is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, you can still reach us at (888) 636-3535

If your community is under a “Stay at Home” order, we can still help. Please call (888) 636-3535 to reach a local branch representative.

Please note the following safety guidelines that will be in effect starting Monday, August 10th:

  • Branches are operating by appointment only. Please contact your local branch to schedule an appointment by calling (888) 636-3535.
  • Do not schedule an appointment or visit a branch if you have the following symptoms: 
    • Cough
    • Runny/Stuffy nose
    • Fever
    • Sore Throat
    • Diarrhea
    • Vomiting
    • Loss of taste or smell
  • Customers are required to wear a face covering while in the branch.
  • A temperature check will be conducted before entering the branch.

Alternatives to visiting a branch:

  • Using our new remote loan closing process, eligible customers can close their loan and have their proceeds sent via check without having to visit the branch.
  • Curbside assistance is available. Face coverings are required. 
  • Call your branch at (888) 636-3535 for any questions regarding your account.
  • Payments can be made over the phone via your checking account or debit card by calling your branch.
  • You can also make payments online set up recurring payments using Online Account Management

Online:   For your convenience, you can make a payment or view your account balance online by accessing Online Account Management.  If you have not already registered for Online Account Management, please click here to do so.

By Phone:  You can always call us and pay over the phone via your checking account or debit card. Please call (888) 636-3535 to reach a local branch representative.

At a branch:  (See new guidelines, effective beginning Monday, August 10th above) In order to minimize contact, we are offering the following options: 

  • Drop the payment through the mail or door slot.
  • Knock, call, or use the “buzzer,” and a team member will immediately pick up the payment.
  • Park outside the office and call to receive curbside service at your vehicle. (May not be available in all states.)

By Mail:  You can mail your check or money order to your local branch.
