Covid-19 Updates and Information

(Updated 07-22-2021)

The world has changed a lot in the last eighteen months. Our safety procedures continue to evolve in accordance with CDC Guidelines. When you come to visit a branch, please note the updated policies outlined below.

  • Here’s what has changed:
    • We encourage you to continue to make an appointment for in-branch services, though appointments are no longer required.
    • We encourage you to continue to wear a mask when you come into the branch, though masks are no longer required.
    • Using our new remote loan closing process, eligible customers can close their loan and receive their proceeds without having to visit a branch.
  • Here’s what is staying the same:
    • We will be happy to see you when you come visit us at your local branch!
    • Curbside services will continue to be available.
    • Our team members will continue to follow best-practices as it relates to mask wearing, sanitation processes, and social distancing to ensure your safety and theirs.
    • If you would prefer, you can drop your check or money order through the door and we will provide you with a receipt right away.
    • You can still make a payment or view your account balance online by accessing Online Account Management.  If you have not already registered for Online Account Management, please click here to do so.
    • You can always call us and pay over the phone via your checking account or debit card. Please call (888) 636-3535 to reach a local branch representative.
    • Please contact us if you’re having trouble keeping up with your payments.  We may be able to help by:
      • Renewing your loan*
      • Deferring your past due payment*
      • Providing you with more affordable payments*
Please call us at (888) 636-3535 to discuss your options.
