Important Customer Information – COVID-19

(updated 6-29-2020)

We are here to help you during these challenging times.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted our communities, we have taken precautions across our branch network to help keep you, our customers, and our employees safe and healthy.

Recognizing COVID-19 related fraud: Remember, if we need to reach out to you, we’ll NEVER ask for personal or financial information or an access code through email, text, or unsolicited calls. Please visit the Federal Trade Commission’s Coronavirus Scam Tips for information on how to recognize potential scams, as well as Homeland Security’s Red Flag Guide to recognize and report COVID-19 related fraud.

Branch Information

Please know that banks and financial institutions, such as Regional Finance, are considered “essential services,” which means that we are open and ready to help you if you have any questions or need assistance with your account.

At this time, we are serving customers by appointment only in order to limit the number of people in the branch at any one time. Our employees are required to wear masks in all of our branch locations and we ask that customers adhere to local guidelines with regard to wearing masks when visiting the branch. We are offering curbside service for payments and loan closings in most states. Please contact your local branch to schedule an appointment at (888) 636-3535

In the event that your local branch is closed due to COVID-19, you can still reach us at (888) 636-3535.

If your community is under a “Stay at Home” order, we can still help. Please call (888)636-3535 to reach a local branch representative.

Payments & Online Account Management

Online:   For your convenience, you can make a payment or view your account balance online by accessing Online Account Management.  If you have not already registered for Online Account Management, please click here to do so.

By Phone:  You can always call us and pay over the phone via your checking account or debit card. Please call (888) 636-3535 to reach a local branch representative.

At a branch:   In order to minimize contact, we are offering the following options:

  • Drop the payment through the mail or door slot.
  • Knock, call, or use the “buzzer,” and a team member will immediately pick up the payment.
  • Park outside the office and call to receive curbside service at your vehicle. (May not be available in all states.)

By Mail:  You can mail your check or money order to your local branch.
